Switch Between Different Demos

Before proceeding to import another demo you have to delete all Pages, Navigation Menus and all Widgets from the sidebar of the website. Is very important that you follow these steps below or your menu items and widgets will be duplicated.

If you find any issue during this process please contact our customer support.

Step 1 – Delete all Pages

All or selected pages must be deleted when you import any other demo otherwise the pages will be duplicated.

To delete all pages Navigate to Pages > Select the All or some pages which you want to delete >> then Select the Move To trash from Bulk Action and click Apply.

Remember to empty the page trash.

Step 2 – Delete all menus

All menus must be deleted when you import any other demo or the menu items will be duplicated. To delete all menus Navigate to Appearance > Menus 

Select each menu and click on the Delete menu as you can see in the image below.

Step 3 – Delete all widgets

Remove all widgets from all sidebars or they will be duplicated. To delete all widgets Navigate to Appearance > Widgets

Open all sidebar panels and Delete all widgets as you can see in the image below.

Step 4 – Import a new demo

1. STEP 1 – Navigate to Houzez>Demo Import in your sidebar
2. STEP 2 – Select if you want to import a WPBakery or Elementor based demo
3. STEP 3 – Click Import

OR

If you want to rebuild or import the fresh demo on the site then please use the WP Reset Plugin and Reset the whole site to default WP site then import the demo again. Please follow the below steps:

1. Install the WP Reset Plugin.

2. Go to Tools >> Reset >> Click the Reset button.

3. After Reset please follow the steps given here How to Import the Demo Content.
