Plugins Management

Houzez includes a centralized Plugin Management panel where you can easily view, activate, deactivate, and install all the required and recommended plugins for the theme. This simplifies setup and ensures that all necessary functionalities are available for your website.

How to Access

From your WordPress dashboard, go to:
Houzez → Plugins

Overview of the Panel

At the top of the page, you'll find key plugin stats:

• Total Plugins – Number of plugins registered in this section.
• Active Plugins – How many are currently active.
• Required Plugins – Plugins that must be installed and active for Houzez to work correctly.
• Updates Available – Number of plugins with pending updates.

A visual bar indicates the status of your required plugins.

Plugin Filters

You can filter the list of plugins using the buttons at the top:

• All – Show all plugins.
• Required – Show only required plugins.
• Recommended – Show plugins that are optional but enhance functionality.
• Active – Show currently active plugins.
• Inactive – Show plugins that are not active.
• Updates – Show plugins that have updates available.

Plugin Actions

For each plugin, you can:

• Install (if not yet installed)
• Activate / Deactivate
• Update (when a new version is available)

Each plugin block includes its name, author, version, status (active/inactive), and classification:

• Required – Essential for theme functionality
• Recommended – Enhances optional features (e.g., insights, demo import, CRM, marketing tools)

Core Required Plugins

Here are the key plugins required for Houzez:

• Houzez Theme Functionality – Core features (property listings, fields, layouts, etc.)
• Houzez Login Register – Enables login and registration forms.
• Houzez Studio – Unlocks advanced layout customization.
• Redux Framework – Used for theme options panel.
• Elementor Page Builder – The drag-and-drop editor used throughout the theme.

Recommended Plugins

Optional plugins that can enhance your site:

• Houzez CRM – Adds client and lead management tools.
• Favethemes Insights – Adds analytics charts for admin insights.
• One Click Demo Import – Import demo content with a single click.
• MailChimp for WP – Build and manage mailing lists.
• HubSpot – CRM, email marketing, chat, and forms.
• Slider Revolution – Create carousels and hero headers.
• MLS On The Fly® – Integrate MLS/IDX feeds (Realtyna).

Note: Recommended plugins may not be essential for the theme to work, but they unlock extra features or integrations.

Top Buttons & Utilities

• Install Required Plugins – Installs any missing required plugins.
• Update All – Updates all plugins with available updates.
• Refresh Status – Re-check plugin status if you installed/updated manually.

✅ Tip: Before importing demo content or customizing your layout, make sure all required plugins are active.

NOTE: Please note that the license code for Revolution Slider or Elememntor is not included with the Houzez theme. However, you can still use these plugins freely or activate your own license (if you have one) to receive updates for the plugins. This is the Envato policy, and the authors of these plugins do not allow theme developers to provide purchase codes for third-party plugins. We provide the latest version of these plugins with our theme updates, so your website will always be updated and secure.
