Dock Search

The Dock Search system can be found in different places: in the header search bar below the navigation menu, over the page header, in the sidebar as a widget and in the advanced search module for Visual Composer.

Regardless of its location within your site, the advanced search system refers to the options you find in Theme Options > Searches > Dock Search.

Enable Dock Search Over Page Header Types

If you want to activate the advanced search over page header (like in this page), navigate to Theme Options > Searches >  and locate the panel below. Select Yes to enable/disable advanced search over page header type: google map, revolution slider, parallax image, property slider, and video.

Choose Header Type: Choose over which page header type you want to show advanced search

• Header with google map
• Header Parallax Image
• Header Video
• Header Revolution Slider
• Header Properties Slider

Search Pages: Select on which pages you want to show search You can choose:

• Only Homepage
• Homepage + Inner Pages
• Only Inner Pages
• Specific Pages.

If you choose Specific Pages the system will ask you to Select Pages, you can select multiple pages.

Keep Advanced Search visible? Yes/No If no, advanced search over header will display in the closed position by default.
