If you want users to publish their properties from the front-end of the site it is essential to create the Front-end Submission page. If you are creating a website where users do not have to publish their properties you can avoid creating this page.
How to Create the Front-end Submission Page
In your left sidebar navigate to Pages → Add New to create a new page and from the Page Attributes box located in the right sidebar select Template: User Dashboard Create Listing and Publish the page.
Front-end Submission Page Options
Navigate to Theme options → Add New Property
- Add new property form: select Multi-Step if you want to separate the Front-end Submission form in different pages/steps or One Step to display the full form.
- New Submitted Listings Approval: Select yes if all new submissions must be approved by the administrator
- Edited Listings Approval: Select yes if all updates must be approved by the administrator
- Multi-Agents Mode: Enable or Disable the multi-agents mode to Assign a property to several agents.
- Range Values for Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Rooms: Enable range inputs for bedrooms, rooms, and bathrooms fields. Example( 3 - 5, 2 - 4) (NOTE: Set search query Like for bedrooms, bathrooms, and Rooms under Searches -> Settings to make it searchable.)
Multi Selection
- Property Types: Select Yes/No to Allow multiple selections of property types
- Property Status: Select Yes/No to Allow multiple selections of property status
- Property Labels: Select Yes/No to Allow multiple selections of property labels
Other Options
- Display Drop-down Menus: Select Yes to replace the Property Location text fields with drop-down menus in order to select the property City, Area, County/State, and Country

Default area prefix (display m² or SqFt)
From this dropdown, you can select the default unit of measurement for property areas:- Square Feet – sqft
- Square Meters – m²
The selected option will be applied globally across property pages unless overridden by specific property data.
- Allow user to change area prefix: Select Yes/ No
- Auto Generate Property ID: Enable/Disable auto-generate property id
- Property ID Pattern: Enter pattern for property id. Example HZ-{ID}
- Property ID Prefix: Enter prefix for property id, leave empty if you don't want to show prefix. Example HZ-
- Maximum Images: Maximum images allow for a single property
- Maximum File Size: Maximum upload image size. For example 10kb, 500kb, 1mb, 10m, 100mb
- Maximum Attachments: Add the number of attachments you want to add by the user for properties.
- Maximum File Size for attachments: Maximum upload attachment size. For example 10kb, 500kb, 1mb, 10m, 100mb
Manage Front-end Submission Form Layout
Navigate to Theme options → Add New Property as displayed in the image below.
Drag and drop Front-end Submission page sections that you want to enable in the Enabled column and leave in the Disabled column those ones you don’t want to display on the property page.
Show/Hide Form Fields
Navigate to Theme options > Add New Property → Show/Hide Form Fields as displayed in the image below. Select which form field you want to hide in the Front-end Submission page.
- Property Detail Section: Drag-and-drop each module to quickly organize the form fields order of Property Details section
- Add New Property Form Fields: Select which fields you want to disable from the Add New Property form
Required Form Fields
Navigate to Theme options > Add New Property → Required Form Fields as displayed in the image below. Select which form field you want to be mandatory in the Front-end Submission page.

Is there a way to hide frontend submission form fields based on the selected type? For example if I select the Land as property type, I dont want to see garages, bedrooms fields on submission form.
