The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) feature in Houzez allows you to manage leads, enquiries, and deals directly within your WordPress dashboard—without needing any external CRM service. To access these settings, navigate to:
Houzez → CRM Settings
You'll find three tabs: Leads Settings, Enquiries Settings, and Deals Settings.
Leads Settings
This section lets you define the format for incoming leads.
- Lead Prefix
Enter the prefixes you want to assign to leads, separated by commas.
Example:Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss, Dr, Prof, Mr & Mrs - Source
Define the possible sources where the lead originated. This helps you categorize leads efficiently.
Example:Website, Newspaper, Friend, Google, Facebook
These values are used in dropdown selectors for better filtering and organization.
Enquiries Settings
Here, you can define the types of enquiries you expect to receive.
- Enquiry Type
Enter a comma-separated list of enquiry types. These represent the user's intent when submitting a form.
Example:Purchase, Rent, Sell, Miss, Evaluation, Mortgage
You can customize these labels to suit your agency's terminology.
Deals Settings
This section allows you to manage the sales pipeline by defining the status and next steps for each deal.
- Status
Add comma-separated statuses to track deal progress.
Example:New Lead, Meeting Scheduled, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Called, Negotiation, Email Sent
Note: The first status in the list will be used as the default. - Next Action
Define potential next steps to take on a deal.
Example:Qualification, Demo, Call, Send a Proposal, Send an Email, Follow Up, Meeting
Note: Again, the first value is treated as the default.
By configuring these settings, you can streamline your lead tracking and customer management without relying on third-party tools. Be sure to click Save Changes after editing any section.
