CRM Settings

Keep track of all your leads and customers without having to pay for an external CRM solution. To make the settings for the CRM, please Navigate to Houzez >> CRM Settings as showing in the below screenshot:

Leads Settings

• Lead Prefix: Add a value for the lead prefix e.g (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss, Dr, Prof, Mr & Mrs).
• Source: Add a source where you get the data e.g (Website, Newspaper, Friend, Google, Facebook).

Enquiries Settings

• Enquiry Type: Add the enquiry type e.g (Purchase, Rent, Sell, Miss, Evaluation, Mortgage).

Deals Settings

• Status: Add a status e.g (New Lead, Meeting Scheduled, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Called, Negotiation, Email Sent). The first value will be considered a default.
• Next Action: Add an action e.g (Qualification, Demo, Call, Send a Proposal, Send an Email, Follow Up, Meeting). The first value will be considered a default.
