The Properties section in the Agent Dashboard is where agents can manage all their property listings in one place. From here, they can view, edit, duplicate, or remove listings, as well as track the approval status and performance of each property. This section provides a clear overview and helps agents keep their portfolio organized and up to date.
To access this section, go to Dashboard → Properties in the user menu.
Property List View
The table displays all properties submitted by the agent with the following key information:
- Thumbnail – Property preview image.
- Title – Property title and address.
- Status – Current status (For Sale, For Rent, etc.) and approval state (Approved, Pending, On Hold).
- ID – Unique property ID.
- Price – Listing price and price per square foot/meter.
- Type – Property type (e.g., Villa, Apartment, Single Family Home).
- Date – Date and time the property was created, along with the author name.
- Actions – Menu with quick actions for managing the property.
Actions Menu
Clicking the ⋯ Actions button for each property opens a menu with options:
- View Stats – Check property performance insights such as views and unique visits.
- Edit – Open the property in edit mode to update details.
- Delete – Permanently remove the property.
- Duplicate – Create a copy of the listing for faster publishing of similar properties.
- Put on Hold – Temporarily disable the property without deleting it.
Adding New Properties
Agents can add a new listing by clicking the Add New button. This opens the property submission form where details such as title, description, price, images, features, and location can be entered.
Search and Filters
The property table includes a search bar and filters, allowing agents to quickly find specific listings by title, status, or other attributes.
Practical Use
The Properties section helps agents:
- Maintain an organized portfolio of listings.
- Keep property details updated and accurate.
- Monitor property status and performance.
- Duplicate listings to save time when posting similar properties.
- Temporarily disable properties without losing data.
