The Cluster Settings in Houzez allow you to group nearby map markers into a single cluster icon to improve map readability and performance. This feature applies to Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and Mapbox.
You can find these settings by navigating to:
Theme Options → Map Settings → Cluster Settings
Enable Markers Clustering
Toggle this setting to Enabled to activate marker clustering on the map. When enabled, nearby properties will be grouped together into one cluster icon, especially helpful when multiple listings are located in the same area.
Map Cluster Icon
Upload a custom image to use as the cluster icon. This icon will be used across all supported mapping systems (Google Maps, OSM, and Mapbox).
- Recommended format: PNG with transparent background
- Suggested size: around 40x40 px
Google Maps – Cluster Max Zoom Level
Set the maximum zoom level at which marker clustering will appear on Google Maps.
Once the map is zoomed in beyond this level, the cluster will break down into individual property markers.
- Range: 1–20
- Default: 12

Hi Guys, if u want to change the zoom with scrollwheel on OpenStreet maps go to wp-content/themes/houzez/js/osm-properties.js and comment go to the line 411 and 428 and comment them out. After that u will be able to use scoll wheel as zoom on map.
PS: Support told us that this feature is not available and we should hire a developer....
