Property Status

Real estate listing has property status fields to describe the kind of status like for rent or for sale. You can create different and unlimited property status based on your needs.

How to create a new Property Status

Navigate to Real Estate >> Status in your left sidebar.

1. Name: insert the name for your property status like “For Rent” for example.
2. Slug: insert the slug for your property status (optional)
3. Parent: select parent property type if needed. Usually, you don’t need to do it.
4. Description: The description is not prominent by default; however, some themes may show it.
5. Global Color: choose between Inherit from default accent color and Custom (if you choose this you’ll have to pick a color from the palette or add a Hex Color Code). 
6. Image: Upload an image that represents this Status
7. Custom Link: Enter custom link for this Status
8. Click on Add New Property Status
