The Deals section is your centralized hub for tracking and managing property-related transactions—from the first lead to the finalized sale or rental. It enables agents to monitor negotiations, update statuses, and coordinate follow-up actions directly within the Houzez dashboard, without the need for external CRM tools.

The Deals feature works as a built-in, lightweight CRM system. Each deal stores essential information that helps agents keep track of their pipeline.
- Title – A short description of the deal (e.g., "Apartment in Miami").
- Contact Name – The lead or client associated with the deal.
- Agent – The agent responsible for managing the deal.
- Status – The current stage of the deal (e.g., New Lead, Proposal Sent, Closed).
- Next Action – The follow-up task to be completed (e.g., Call, Meeting).
- Action Due Date – The deadline for the next action.
- Deal Value – The financial value linked to the deal.
- Last Contact Date – The most recent interaction with the client.
- Phone / Email – Quick access to contact details.
- Actions Menu (⋯) – Edit or delete the deal.
Adding a New Deal
- Click Add New (upper right button).
- Fill in the form fields, including:
- Group (optional categorization)
- Title, Contact Name, Assigned Agent
- Status and Next Action (from CRM settings)
- Action Due Date, Deal Value, Last Contact Date
- Phone, Email, and Notes
- Click Create Deal to add it to your pipeline.
Editing an Existing Deal
- Use the ⋯ Actions → Edit option on any deal row.
- Update fields, change status, reschedule actions, adjust values, or update contact details.
CRM Integration
The Deals section is powered by the CRM settings in Houzez → CRM Settings:
- Status Options – e.g., New Lead, Qualified, Negotiation, Won, Lost.
- Next Action Options – e.g., Call, Send Proposal, Follow Up, Meeting.
These dropdown options appear when creating or editing a deal.
Practical Use
The Deals feature helps agents and administrators:
- Consolidate all deal information in one place.
- Track progress with structured statuses (New Lead → Proposal → Closed).
- Schedule and assign follow-up actions to avoid missed opportunities.
- Monitor deal value and last interactions for informed decision-making.
