The Activities section provides agents with a chronological overview of their most recent interactions and client requests. It acts as an activity log where agents can quickly see new leads, property inquiries, and scheduled tour requests.
Activity Details
Each activity card displays the following information:
- Lead details: Name, email, and phone number of the potential client.
- Tour information: Requested tour type (e.g., in-person or virtual) and the preferred date and time.
- Message content: Any additional note or inquiry sent by the client.
- Property reference: The listing that generated the activity (for example, "New lead from Historic villa").
At the top of the page, agents can use the Bulk Actions dropdown to manage multiple activities at once. For example, select several entries and apply a specific action in one step.
Practical Use
The Activities section helps agents:
- Stay updated on new client inquiries in real time.
- Quickly identify which property generated the most interest.
- Access all the necessary contact information to follow up immediately.
By centralizing all client interactions in one place, the Activities log ensures that no lead or inquiry is missed.
