Reviews & Ratings

This panel allows you to enable and configure the user review and rating system shown on the property detail page. You can control visibility, access permissions, and moderation preferences.

These settings can be accessed under: Theme Options → Property Detail → Reviews & Ratings

Settings Overview

• Reviews & Ratings
  Toggle this setting to enable or disable the entire reviews and ratings section for all property detail pages.
• Allow review only for logged-in users?
  When enabled, only registered and logged-in users will be able to leave a review or rating.
• New Ratings Approved by Admin
  Choose whether new user-submitted reviews must be manually approved by an administrator before appearing publicly.
• Updated Ratings Approved by Admin
  When enabled, any edits made to previously submitted reviews must also be approved by an administrator before they are updated on the front-end.
• Number of Reviews
  Enter the number of reviews to display by default on the property detail page. For example, entering "5" will show up to 5 reviews in the front-end layout.

• This feature enhances transparency and user engagement by allowing clients to share their experiences.
• Enable moderation to maintain quality and prevent spam.
• Displayed reviews typically include a star rating, user comment, and submission date.
