If you have configured free or paid submissions, the Thank You Page is required. It’s the site page that someone is redirected to after the payment process. Instead, if you have configured your site for free listings, the Thank You page will be displayed at the end of the form submission process.
Add the Thank You Page
In your left sidebar navigate to Pages > Add New to create a new page and from the Page Attributes box located in the right sidebar select Template: Thank You & Payment Process Completed
Thank You Page Options
Navigate to Theme Options > Membership > Thank You Page
You can set two different thank you messages: first is for automatic/Paypal, second for Direct Pat/Wire Transfer (Houzez allows to customize better your business)
Thank you page – For PayPal, Stripe, 2Checkout
- Title: enter a title for your message (Ex. Thank you for your business with us)
- Message: edit your Thank you message
- Save Changes
Direct pay / Wire Transfer
- Title: enter a title for your message (Ex. Thank you. Your order has been received)
- Message: edit your Thank you message giving payment instructions too (Ex. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as payment reference.)
