Property Contact Forms – favethemes

The "Property Contact Forms" section in Houzez allows you to configure which contact form elements appear on the property detail pages, agent profiles, and agency pages. These options are highly customizable and help control how users interact with agents via email, phone, WhatsApp, Skype, and more.

You can access this panel via: Theme Options → Contact Forms

Agent Form Type

Select the form style to use for agents. Options include:

Houzez Custom Forms (default)
WPForms, Contact Form 7, etc. (if integrated)

Terms & Conditions Page

Select a page to link as Terms & Conditions. Users must agree to it before submitting a message.

Contact Form Display Options

Enable or disable each form based on your preference:

Property Page: Show form under the property featured image (Layout v1).
Property Page Sidebar Form: Display the form in the sidebar of the property detail page.
Show Schedule Tour Tabs with Agent Form: Adds scheduling tabs alongside the agent form.
Property Page Popup Gallery Form: Enable form on the property gallery popup.
Agent Profile Page Form: Display contact form on the agent profile page.
Agency Profile Page Form: Enable the form on the agency detail page.

View Listings Button

Enable a button for users to view all listings by the agent.

Agent Contact Information Display

You can toggle the visibility of various agent details:

Phone Number: Show or hide the agent's phone number.
Mobile Number: Show or hide the mobile number.
WhatsApp: Show or hide WhatsApp contact.
Skype: Show or hide Skype username.
Social Icons: Enable social media icons.

Direct Message Button

Activate a direct messaging feature. Requires the "User Dashboard → Messages" template to be published.

Frontend Result Example

On the frontend, users can:

Fill out a contact form shown in the sidebar or below property details.
Contact agents via phone, WhatsApp, or direct message.
See and click the agent's contact details and social profiles (if enabled).

This flexibility makes it easy to optimize user interaction and lead capture based on your site's layout and audience preferences.

Administrator Copy of Agent Messages (Optional)

Optionally you can choose an administrator to receive a copy of the message sent to the agent. This option is available from Theme Options → Property Details

Select Yes where it says "Do you want to receive the copy of a message sent to agent". If you select Yes, in the field Email address to receive message copy, enter one or more email addresses separated by a comma to receive a copy of the message. This (or these) email address will receive a copy of the messages sent to agents from the property detail page.

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA is a free service that protects your site from spam and abuse. To enable Google reCAPTCHA, navigate to Theme Options → Google reCAPTCHA as displayed in the image below.

In order to use the Google reCAPTCHA service, you need your key codes. If you do not have keys already, then visit https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin to generate them. Set the respective keys in Site Key and Secret Key.

Show/Hide Contact Form Fields

You can control which fields appear on both the property detail contact form and the agent/agency contact form.

Property Detail Agent Form

Choose to hide any of the following fields:

Name
Phone
Message
User Type
