Agent Contact Form (Agent Profile Page)

The Agent Contact Form widget allows you to add a lead capture form directly to the Agent Profile page. This form provides visitors with an easy way to reach out to the agent by submitting inquiries, requesting more details, or scheduling a call. It is fully customizable and integrated with the Houzez CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked.

How to Add the "Agent Contact Form" Widget

1. Navigate to Houzez → Theme Builder → All and edit the Agent Profile page with Elementor.
2. In the Elementor editor, search for Agent Contact Form in the widgets panel.
3. Drag and drop the widget into the desired section of the profile layout.
4. Adjust the content and style settings in the sidebar to match your website design.

Configuration Options

Content Tab

• Agent Detail – Show or hide the agent's profile information above the form.
• Margin Top – Adjust the spacing above the form container.
• Title Padding Bottom – Set the spacing below the section title.

Style Tab

Agent Detail

• Section Title – Customize typography and color for the agent detail title.

Box

• Background Type – Define background color or gradient for the form box.
• Box Padding – Set inner spacing for the form box.
• Border Type / Border Radius – Configure border style and corner radius.
• Box Shadow – Add shadow styling for the form container.

Fields

• Text Color – Change the text color inside the input fields.
• Typography – Customize font family, size, weight, and spacing.
• Background Color – Set background color for input fields.
• Border Type / Radius – Adjust border style and roundness for fields.

Submit Button

• Typography – Define font settings for the button label.
• Text Shadow – Apply shadow effect to the button text.
• Normal / Hover States – Customize text color, background, and border color for both states.
• Border Type / Radius – Set border style and corner radius for the button.
• Box Shadow – Add a shadow effect for better visibility.
• Padding – Control the spacing inside the button.

Terms of Use

• Text Color – Change the color of the terms description text.
• Anchor Color – Define normal and hover colors for the Terms of Use link.
• Typography – Customize fonts for legal/terms text.

Best Practices

• Keep the form fields minimal to encourage submissions (Name, Email, Phone, Message).
• Enable Agent Detail to reassure users they're contacting the right person.
• Use a contrasting color for the submit button to increase visibility and clicks.
• Always customize the Terms of Use link to reflect your site's privacy policy or legal requirements.
• Test the form submission on desktop and mobile to ensure proper functionality.

Notes

• The form is integrated with Houzez CRM, so submissions are logged under the correct agent for easy follow-up.
• Email notifications are automatically sent to the agent when a new lead is generated.
• If the form does not send emails, check your SMTP settings in WordPress.
• To reduce spam, enable reCAPTCHA or another anti-spam feature.
