The Agent Position widget is used to display the agent's professional role and their associated company or agency on the Agent Profile page. This widget helps visitors immediately identify the agent's position and the organization they represent. Use it to add credibility and provide context about the agent's role within their agency.
How to Add the "Agent Position" Widget
- Navigate to Houzez → Theme Builder → All and edit the Agent Profile page with Elementor.
- In the Elementor editor, search for Agent Position in the widgets panel.
- Drag and drop the widget into the desired section of the page.
- Adjust the content and style settings from the left sidebar.
Configuration Options
Content Tab
- Text – Define the text that connects the agent's position with the company (e.g., "at").
Style Tab
- Typography – Customize font family, size, weight, line height, and spacing.
- Color – Adjust the text color for the position description.
- Company Color – Set the color for the company/agency name.
- Company Color Hover – Define the hover color for the company/agency name link.
Best Practices
- Keep the position text concise (e.g., Real Estate Agent, Broker Associate).
- Use the Text field strategically to create natural phrasing, such as "Company Agent at Modern House Real Estate".
- Make sure the company/agency name links correctly to the agency detail page.
- Align colors and typography with your site's design system for consistency.
- Avoid overly long job titles that may break the layout on smaller screens.
Notes
- The Agent Position widget works best when combined with Agent Name, Agent Picture, and Agent Rating to provide a complete profile.
- The company name is clickable by default, linking to the agency's profile page.
- If you don't want to display the company name, use the Agent Excerpt or Agent Content widget instead to describe the agent's background.
