Agent Excerpt (Agent Profile Page)

The Agent Excerpt widget is used to display a short summary or tagline about the agent on the Agent Profile page. It is typically placed below the agent's name and serves as a quick introduction that highlights the most important information in one or two sentences. Use this widget when you want to provide a concise description without overwhelming visitors with long text.

How to Add the "Agent Excerpt" Widget

1. Navigate to Houzez → Theme Builder → All and edit the Agent Profile page with Elementor.
2. In the Elementor editor, search for Agent Excerpt in the widgets panel.
3. Drag and drop the widget into the desired section of the page.
4. Enter the short text (excerpt) and adjust the styling from the sidebar.

Configuration Options

Content Tab

• The Agent Excerpt widget does not have specific content controls other than the text you provide. Enter the desired short description directly in the text field.

Style Tab

• Alignment – Choose the text alignment (left, center, right, justified).
• Text Color – Set the text color to match your site's design.
• Typography – Customize font family, size, weight, letter spacing, and line height.

Best Practices

• Keep the excerpt short and impactful (one to two sentences).
• Focus on key selling points such as years of experience, specialization, or a personal motto.
• Use a tone consistent with your agency's brand voice (professional, friendly, approachable).
• Ensure the excerpt stands out visually but remains balanced with the agent's name and content.

Notes

• The Agent Excerpt widget is ideal for quick highlights; use the Agent Content widget if you need to add longer biographical text.
• Make sure the excerpt is unique for each agent to help improve SEO and avoid duplicate content.
• Test font size and alignment across devices to ensure good readability.
