Section Mortgage Calculator (Property Detail Page)

The Section Mortgage Calculator widget allows you to display a built-in loan calculator directly on the property detail page. This tool helps potential buyers estimate monthly mortgage payments based on parameters such as loan amount, down payment, interest rate, property tax, insurance, and HOA fees. It is particularly useful to enhance the property page by providing financial insights to buyers in real time.

How to Add the "Section Mortgage Calculator" Widget

1. Open the Property Detail Page template in Elementor.
2. From the Elementor sidebar, search for Section Mortgage Calculator.
3. Drag and drop the widget into your desired section of the layout.
4. The default calculator will appear, which you can then configure in the sidebar.

Configuration Options

Content Tab

• Section Header: Toggle ON/OFF to show or hide the section title.
• Section Title: Customize the label displayed at the top of the calculator (e.g., "Mortgage Calculator").

Style Tab

• Section Style
  • Background Type: Choose a background color or image for the section.
  • Border Type & Color: Define borders to separate the calculator visually from other content.
  • Margin & Padding: Adjust spacing for proper alignment.

• Content Style
  • Section Title: Customize the color and typography of the calculator title.
  • Input Fields & Labels (inherited): The styling of text boxes and labels will follow theme defaults unless overridden.

• Border
  • Border Style: Default, Solid, or None.
  • Border Color: Select a color to match your branding.

Best Practices

• Keep the default values realistic (e.g., 3.5% interest rate, 15% down payment) to provide useful sample results.
• Place the calculator below property details or near pricing information for maximum relevance.
• Make sure currency and number formats are consistent with your site's settings.
• Avoid overcrowding the page—use this section as an additional decision-making tool, not the main focus.
