The Section Block Gallery widget allows you to display a grid-style gallery of property images on the property detail page. Unlike the carousel-style galleries, this block gallery arranges multiple images in rows and columns for a clean and modern visual layout. It is ideal for showcasing a larger number of property images at once, giving visitors an instant overview of the property's look and feel.
How to Add the "Section Block Gallery" Widget
- Open the property detail page template in Elementor.
- In the Elementor sidebar, search for "Section Block Gallery".
- Drag and drop the widget into your desired section of the page.
- Adjust the gallery settings in the Content tab to control how images are displayed.
Configuration Options
Content Tab
- Visible Images: Define how many images to display at once within the gallery grid.
- Images in a Row: Set the number of images to be shown per row (e.g., 2, 3, or 4).
- Popup Type: Choose the popup style for viewing enlarged images (e.g., Photoswipe or other supported types).
- Gap: Control the spacing between images in the gallery grid.
- Margin Top: Add spacing above the gallery section for layout adjustments.
Best Practices
- Use high-resolution images to ensure a professional and appealing gallery presentation.
- Keep the number of images in a row consistent with your overall design for a balanced layout.
- Set appropriate gaps to avoid overcrowding the gallery while maintaining visual harmony.
- Choose a popup type that provides a smooth and user-friendly experience for viewing full-size images.
Notes
- The Section Block Gallery works best for properties with multiple images where an overview layout is preferred.
- If you want to highlight fewer images with larger previews, consider using the Property Images Gallery v1–v5 widget instead.
