HubSpot

The HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat WordPress plugin allows you to easily connect your WordPress site and HubSpot account. With the plugin, the HubSpot tracking code is automatically added to your WordPress pages, and you can access many of HubSpot's tools directly from your WordPress account.

Install the plugin

You can add the plugin directly from your WordPress admin panel following the instructions below:

• Log in to your WordPress website admin dashboard.
• In your left sidebar, navigate to Houzez >> Plugins section and locate HubSpot – CRM, Email Marketing, Live Chat, Forms & Analytics and click on the Install button.
• Once it is installed, activate the plugin.

• In your left sidebar navigate to HubSpot, create a new HubSpot account or log in to your existing HubSpot account.

Add HubSpot forms to the detail property page

Once you've successfully installed the HubSpot All-In-One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat WordPress plugin, you can create HubSpot forms from WordPress.

Please note: if you use the HubSpot forms it will not be possible to use the Houzez CRM but you will have to use the CRM offered by HubSpot

• Create a new form > https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/create-forms

Once you created your custom form, you can add your form to the property detail page by following the instructions below:

• In the left sidebar menu in your WordPress account, navigate to HubSpot > Forms. 
• Hover over the form you want to add to your website and click Copy shortcode. You can also create a new HubSpot form by clicking Create form.
  
• Navigate to Theme Options >>> Contact Forms and from the Agent form type menu select HubSpot

• Paste the shortcode into the Agent Contact Form and Agent Contact Form Bottom field

You can use the same procedure to create the forms for the agent details page or the form for scheduling a tour
