The Inquiry Form widget allows you to add fully customizable lead capture forms anywhere on your site using Elementor. It is designed to collect inquiries from visitors and send them directly to your CRM for efficient lead management. Use this widget whenever you want to capture contact details, property inquiries, or general messages from potential clients.
All submitted data is not only sent via email (or external services if configured), but it is also saved directly into the built-in Houzez CRM. This ensures every lead is tracked, managed, and available for follow-up inside your website's CRM system.
How to Add the "Inquiry Form" Widget
- In Elementor, open the page where you want to place the form.
- From the Houzez Widgets panel, drag and drop the Inquiry Form widget into your layout.
- The form will load with default fields (Name, Email, Message) that you can customize.
Configuration Options
Content Tab
- Form Fields:
Add, remove, or edit fields. Options include standard fields (Name, Email, Phone, Message) and property-related fields (Price, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, City, etc.). - Submit Button:
Customize the button text, size, alignment, and column width. - Email Settings:
Define the recipient email, subject line, CC/BCC, and customize the email notification. - Redirect:
Add a redirect URL after submission (e.g., a thank-you page). - Webhook:
Connect to third-party services (like Zapier) by entering a Webhook URL.
Style Tab
- Form: Adjust column/row gaps, label spacing, colors, typography, and background.
- Fields: Customize text color, border style, background color, and radius for input fields.
- GDPR: Control typography and text colors for GDPR agreement messages.
- Button: Configure button colors, typography, borders, radius, and hover effects.
Best Practices
- Always include a GDPR Agreement field if required by your local regulations.
- Keep the form short and relevant to increase conversions.
- Use the Webhook option if you want to integrate with automation platforms like Zapier.
- Redirect users to a Thank You page to confirm their submission.
- Test your form after setup to confirm emails are delivered and data is saved correctly to the CRM.
