The Splash Page

The Splash Page is a full-screen landing page that appears before visitors access your main website. It's ideal for creating a strong visual impression, displaying a welcome message, and optionally including navigation, contact details, or a property search form.

Creating the Splash Page

1. Go to Pages → Add New.
2. Enter a title (e.g., "Splash" or "Welcome").
3. From the Template dropdown, select Splash Page.
4. Publish the page.

Assigning the Splash Page as the Front Page

1. Go to Settings → Reading.
2. Under Your homepage displays, select A static page.
3. For the Homepage option, choose the page you created with the Splash Page template.
4. Save changes.

Configuring Splash Page Layout and Style

Go to Theme Options → Splash Page to adjust the appearance.

Header Layout

• Select the splash page header layout (e.g., Full Width).

Page Background Type

• Choose between Background Image, Video, or Slideshow (options may vary).

Navigation

• Enable or disable the splash page navigation menu.

Navigation Align

• Choose Left, Center, or Right alignment.

Search

• Enable or disable the property search form on the splash page.

Background Image Options

• Upload a background image (recommended size: 2000px × 1000px).

Configuring Splash Page Content

Inside Theme Options → Splash Page, you'll find the following sections:

Welcome Title

• Page Title – Main heading text for the splash page.
• Splash Page Subtitle – Optional subheading text for additional context.

Call Us

• Text – Label for the phone section (e.g., "Call Us").
• Phone Number – The number visitors can call directly from the splash page.

Social Media

• Social Media Icons – Enable/disable social icons on the splash page.
• Profile URLs – Enter links for each supported platform (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).

Logo Link

• Splash Page Logo Link – Choose which page the logo should link to (e.g., Home Page) or enter a custom URL.

Tips:

• Keep your welcome message short and impactful.
• Use high-quality, optimized media for faster loading.
• If using the search form, configure it in Theme Options → Searches for best results.
