Advanced Search Options / Settings

You can keep Advanced Filters Visible from Theme Options >> Header Search >> Find the option Advanced Filters Visible

Keep Advanced Search visible? Yes/No If no, advanced search over header will display in the closed position by default.

Advanced Search Settings

Navigate to Theme Options > Searches > Settings 

1. Settings

• Keyword Field: Use the Keyword Field to select your search criteria. You can choose:
  • Property Title or content
  • Property address, street, zip or property ID
  • Search State, City or Area.
• AutoComplete: Enable or disable the autocomplete functionality for the keyword field
• Bedrooms, Bathrooms: Select the search criteria for bedrooms and bathrooms. 

  You can choose:

  • Equal
  • Greater
• State, City, Area dropdowns: Select Yes/Show All to display the States, Cities, Areas fields if they have at least 1 property
• Exclude Statuses: Which statuses would you like to exclude from searches?

2. Multi Selection 

• Type: Select Yes/No Show multi-select for property type
• Status: Select Yes/No Show multi-select for property status
• Label: Select Yes/No Show multi-select for property label
• City: Select Yes/No Show multi-select for property city
• Area: Select Yes/No Show multi-select for property Area
• Default Radius: Setup the default distance
• Radius Unit: Select the distance unit as Km/mi
• Features Limit: Enter the number of features to show in the advanced search. Note: enter -1 to display them all
• Save Search Button: Enable the save search button option on search result page
• Send Emails: Select when you want to send the emails related to saved searches. If a customer saved a search result, he will receive periodic updates if new properties will match his search criteria

3. Minimum and maximum price dropdowns

Navigate to Theme Options > Searches > Settings and locate the panel below to enter all prices to show in the Min. Price and Max. Price drop-down. Only provide comma-separated numbers. Do not add decimal points, dashes, spaces, and currency signs.

4. Rent Prices

Navigate to Theme Options > Searches > Settings and locate the panel below to enter all prices to show in the Min. Price and Max. Price drop-down.

• Select the Appropriate Rent Status: The rent prices will be displayed based on selected status For Rent, For Sale or New Construction
• Minimum Prices List for Rent Only: Only provide comma separated numbers. Do not add decimal points, dashes, spaces, and currency signs.
• Maximum Prices List for Rent Only: Only provide comma separated numbers. Do not add decimal points, dashes, spaces, and currency signs.

5. Price range for price slider

Navigate to Theme Options > Searches > Settings and locate the panel below to enter all prices related to the price slider.

• Minimum Price: Add the minimum price for the price slider
• Maximum Price: Add the maximum price for the price slider
• Select the Appropriate Rent Status: The rent prices will be displayed based on selected status For Rent, For Sale or New Construction.
• Minimum Price for Rent Only: Add the minimum price for rent only
• Maximum Price for Rent Only: Add the maximum price for rent only. 

6. Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Navigate to Theme Options > Searches > Settings and locate the panel below to enter bedroom and bathroom options.

• Bedrooms List: Only provide comma-separated numbers. Do not add dashes, spaces, and currency signs.
• Bathrooms List: Only provide comma-separated numbers. Do not add dashes, spaces, and currency signs.
