The Compare Properties feature page allows visitors to your site to compare the different features that the properties offer. To activate these features you just need to create the Compare Properties page.
How to create the Compare Properties page
In your left sidebar navigate to Pages > Add New to create a new page and from the Page Attributes box located in the right sidebar select Template: Compare Properties and Publish the page.
Enable Compare Properties on Listing Page
Navigate to Theme options > Listings options as displayed in the image below and locate the Compare Button (1) option to Enable/Disable property compare button on the listing pages.
Based on your settings you should see the elements highlighted in the image below to compare properties.

Can you guys make the compare tables more minimal? It loads all features by default and ended up displaying too much unnecessary information.
My suggestion is to hide every row that didn't return any true value.
There is currently a bug:
Comparisons cannot be cleared. Please add the ability to reset (clean up) the selected properties. Currently, the properties selected for comparison cannot be subsequently deleted. However, it must be possible to delete the comparisons, otherwise no new comparisons can be made after the maximum allowed number of 4 comparisons has been reached.
