Single Property Page Builder

Houzez offers a powerful built-in builder that lets you create fully customized layouts for your single property pages—without needing to write any code. Using the Theme Builder and Elementor, you can design every aspect of the property page to match your brand, showcase listings more effectively, and enhance the user experience.

Quick steps to create a Single Property Page layout:

1. Go to Dashboard → Houzez → Theme Builder, then click the Add New button.
2. Enter a name for your layout and configure the display conditions.
3. Under Template Settings, select Single Listing Page as the template type.
4. In Display Location, choose All Single Listing to apply the layout to all properties.
5. Click Publish.
6. Click Edit with Elementor to start designing your Single Property page.

Available Single Property Widgets

How to Access Available Templates

After completing the initial setup:

1. Go to Dashboard → Houzez → Theme Builder

2. Click Add New

3. Enter a name for your layout

4. Select Single Listing Page as the template type

5. Choose All Single Listing under Display Location

6. Click Publish

7. Click Edit with Elementor

Now follow these steps to import a ready-made template:

1. Inside Elementor, click the Houzez Library icon (the star/magic icon in the widget area).
   
   

2. The Houzez Library popup will open.

3. From the left dropdown menu, select Single Property.
   
   

4. Browse the available layouts.

5. Click Insert on the template you want to use.
   
   

The selected template will automatically load into your layout, and you can fully customize it using Elementor.
