Display Yelp Nearby Places

The Yelp Nearby Places section in the Homey WordPress theme's Experience Detail Page options allows you to display nearby places from Yelp on your experience detail page. By configuring the Yelp API, you can display relevant places and enhance the overall user experience. Accessing the Yelp Nearby Places Page:

To access the Yelp Nearby Places page, go to Theme Options > Experience Detail Page > Yelp Nearby Places in the WordPress dashboard.

Configuration Options

The Yelp Nearby Places page provides the following configuration options:

1. API Key for experience:

Enter the API key provided by Yelp. You can get this key by signing up at https://www.yelp.com/developers/v3/manage_app. This key is required to connect your website to the Yelp API.

2. Select Term For Experience:

Select the Yelp terms that you want to display on the experience detail page. These terms are the categories provided by Yelp, such as restaurants, bars, cafes, and more. You can select multiple terms to display relevant nearby places.

3. Result Limit:

Enter the number of results you want to display from Yelp. You can enter only numbers to limit the number of nearby places displayed on the experience detail page.

4. Distance Unit for experience:

Select the Yelp distance unit for experiences. You can choose between miles and kilometers to display the distance between the user's location and nearby places.
